Why this may be the right next step

Choose 60 minutes when you want enough time for a more complete recovery session rather than one focused area.

Primary goalProvide broader soft-tissue recovery and address multiple muscular areas

Who this is for

Best when you want more comprehensive soft-tissue recovery than a focused 30-minute appointment can provide.

Professional approach

Sports massage is used as part of recovery and comfort management, not as a substitute for diagnosis or rehabilitation. Technique, pressure and treatment area are selected according to the individual rather than following a fixed routine.

What to expect

The longer session allows the practitioner to review your priorities, screen relevant contraindications and apply soft-tissue techniques across a broader area or multiple regions according to the goal and your tolerance.

Your professional team

Delivered only when an appropriately qualified/competent massage practitioner is available for the service.

Professional & safety notes

Sports massage does not diagnose or rehabilitate injury. Acute trauma, unexplained swelling, suspected thrombosis, infection, skin conditions, fever or other contraindications require appropriate clinical assessment and may make massage unsuitable.
