Why this may be the right next step
Choose your training partner, join together and turn accountability into a routine.
Primary goalImprove consistency through shared accountability
Group size2–2 participants
Who this is for
Best for friends, colleagues or training partners who are more likely to stay consistent when they join together.
Professional approach
Social accountability is one of the simplest ways to improve training consistency. The Buddy plan supports that behaviour without forcing both people into the same workout or coaching programme.
What to expect
Both members receive access for the selected duration and can train together or independently. The package gives a modest Train Together benefit while preserving the value of individual membership.
Your professional team
Membership access is supported by the KINETIX branch team. Personal Training and Duo PT can be added separately.
Professional & safety notes
Both participants complete normal registration and membership requirements. Coaching is not included unless specifically added.
