Who this is for
Best for clients ready to commit to a structured three-month block with regular coaching, accountability and measurable review points.
Professional approach
Transformation is treated as a process, not a single workout. Baseline information, progressive training phases, coach accountability and scheduled reviews are used to keep the programme aligned with your response and goal throughout the 12 weeks.
What to expect
The journey begins with a baseline assessment, then progresses through 24 coached sessions combining resistance training, conditioning, accountability and scheduled reviews. Programme variables are adjusted as fitness, technique, tolerance and adherence change.
Your professional team
Delivered by the KINETIX coaching team within general fitness scope. Specialist clinical or nutrition needs are referred appropriately.
Professional & safety notes
Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Body-composition change depends on training adherence, nutrition, sleep, health status and individual response. General lifestyle/nutrition guidance does not replace medical or dietetic care.
