Why this may be the right next step
If you want a clear training strategy and accountability instead of guessing, Fat Loss Accelerator gives you a structured eight-week path.
Primary goalImprove body-composition habits, cardiorespiratory fitness, resistance-training capacity and consistency
Training rhythm2.00 coached sessions / week
Group size3–8 participants
Who this is for
Best for adults who want a defined training structure, regular coaching and accountability instead of trying to manage fat-loss training alone.
Professional approach
The programme uses progressive exercise dosing rather than simply adding more cardio. Cardiovascular intensity, resistance-training volume, recovery and adherence are progressed according to fitness level and tolerance. Resistance training remains important because fat-loss programmes should improve function and strength—not only increase energy expenditure.
What to expect
Across 16 coached sessions, training combines appropriate treadmill/cardio work with resistance training to increase total training demand while preserving or developing lean-tissue capacity. Progress checks, coach accountability and general nutrition guidance support the training process.
Your professional team
Delivered by the KINETIX coaching team within fitness scope. Nutrition guidance is general healthy-eating/performance guidance and is not clinical dietetics.
