Why this may be the right next step
Create a baseline now so future progress can be compared against data—not only how you feel on a particular day.
Primary goalEstablish measurable baseline data and monitor trends over time
Who this is for
Useful at the start of a training block, during a transformation programme or when you want an objective progress reference beyond body weight alone.
Professional approach
Body-composition measurements are estimates and are method-sensitive. Standardising measurement conditions and focusing on repeated trends is more useful than over-interpreting a single reading.
What to expect
The session records the body-composition metrics supported by the available assessment method and explains them in practical fitness terms. Where supported, this may include body mass, estimated body-fat percentage and lean/fat-free mass estimates. Results can be compared with future measurements to monitor trends.
Your professional team
Measurement and fitness interpretation are provided by the assigned KINETIX assessment professional. Medical interpretation is outside the scope of this fitness service.
Professional & safety notes
Body-composition values vary by measurement method and can be affected by hydration, recent food/exercise and other factors. Results are fitness-monitoring estimates, not a medical diagnosis.
