Youth performance training should build broad athletic qualities before chasing maximal loading. Sessions use age-appropriate progression in movement skill, resistance training and speed/power work according to training age and current ability.
What to expect
Across 12 coached sessions, training develops acceleration, change of direction, coordination, reaction, strength and power together with jumping/landing mechanics and general athletic movement.
