Choose this programme if you want to train with purpose, progress your strength and feel more confident with structured resistance training.
Primary goalBuild strength, glute/lower-body muscular development, core control, mobility and training confidence
Training rhythm3.00 coached sessions / week
Group size3–8 participants
Who this is for
Designed for women from newer trainees to experienced members who want more structure, technical coaching and progression.
Professional approach
Programming uses progressive resistance principles with exercise selection appropriate to current ability. Lower-body/glute work is balanced with upper-body strength, trunk control, mobility and conditioning so the programme develops overall physical capacity rather than focusing on one body area alone.
What to expect
Train three days per week for four weeks. The 12-session block develops resistance-training technique, lower-body and glute strength, core control, mobility, aerobic fitness and coordination. Initial and final assessments guide progression and help review the next training step.
Your professional team
Delivered by the KINETIX coaching team within general fitness scope.
