Why this may be the right next step
Choose the commitment period that fits your routine and start building consistency with full access to your selected KINETIX branch.
Primary goalBuild a consistent training routine with unrestricted normal-hours access
Who this is for
Ideal if you need freedom to train before work, after work or at different times during the week and prefer to control how much professional coaching you add.
Professional approach
KINETIX keeps facility access and professional services clearly separated. Your membership gives you the training environment and schedule flexibility; coaching, physiotherapy and specialist services can then be added according to your goals instead of being hidden inside the membership price.
What to expect
Train independently at the times that fit your routine. Use the normal strength and cardiovascular training areas throughout published branch opening hours, then add Personal Training, assessment, recovery or rehabilitation services only when you want more professional support.
Your professional team
Membership access is supported by the KINETIX branch team. Personal Training, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and other specialist services are delivered separately and are included only when specifically stated in the selected product.
Professional & safety notes
Access follows the selected branch’s published opening hours, holiday notices, membership terms and temporary operational restrictions. Coaching or clinical services are not included unless specifically listed.
What you get
✓Full gym access during published branch opening hours
✓Peak-period access included
