Professional approach
The programme does not treat posture as a diagnosis. Instead, it builds movement options and physical capacity through mobility work, scapular/trunk control, hip function and progressive strengthening. The goal is to help you tolerate desk-based work better and move more confidently outside it.
What to expect
Train three days per week for four weeks. The 12-session programme addresses neck/shoulder and thoracic mobility, hip mobility, trunk stability, functional strength and practical movement habits that can be carried into the working day.
