Professional approach
The package deliberately combines self-directed gym access with a defined Personal Training allocation. You do not need a coach for every workout: coached sessions are used where technical feedback, progression, programme adjustment and accountability create the most value.
What to expect
Twelve months of Full Access plus 30 Personal Training sessions for sustained coaching support across a full-year training plan. Coach-led sessions are distributed through the membership period so technique, training load and programme direction can be reviewed as you progress.
Your professional team
Gym access is supported by the branch team; Personal Training sessions are delivered by the assigned KINETIX coach/trainer. Clinical concerns are referred outside normal coaching scope when appropriate.
Professional & safety notes
The public price is the complete package price. The internal gym/coaching split is used only for KINETIX pricing and reporting. Coaching remains fitness training rather than medical treatment.
